How to Enable Pinterest Sharing on Images Squarespace

Pinterest can be a super handy marketing tool for your online business and an often overlooked step to getting yourself noticed on the platform is to enable Pinterest sharing on your website images.

Enabling this adds an option for users to click when they hover an image on your website, automatically sharing it to their Pinterest.

You can add this to all the images on your Squarespace or just to blog posts. Let’s take a look.

In your edit dashboard head to Settings > Pinterest Save Buttons and here you can select from three options in the dropdown menu that appears.

You can disable Pinterest sharing, enable for blog posts or enable for blogs, pages, and products aka all of the images on your website.

Personally I think this works best when enabled for blog posts but really it’s going to depend on what your business is and what your images are of.

Once you’ve made your choice you can also set the size of the button and the shape (circle or rectangle).
