Where to add custom CSS on Squarespace
In order to add custom CSS to your Squarespace website, from your main dashboard, navigate to ‘Design’ and then select ‘Custom CSS’.
This will open up the custom CSS window and it’s here that you add in all of the custom code that will allow you to build a Squarespace website of the highest quality.
You can also upload custom files to reference in your code by selecting manage custom files. This is where you can add elements such as images, fonts and GIFS etc.
The great thing about the custom CSS panel on Squarespace is that it will tell you if you’ve inputted the code wrong, for example if you’ve missed a closing bracket, so you can be sure that everything you’re adding into the backend of your website is correct.
