Project Overview
We delivered a complete brand identity, full brand guidelines document, website copywriting and a conversion-focused website design and build. As a new agency competing for the attention of highly selective founders, Silicon Hills needed the whole foundation, not just a site: a logo and identity system, a defined colour palette and typography, a tone of voice, and copy built around the hiring problems early-stage founders actually recognise.
Our approach
We started with brand. The identity pairs deep charcoal neutrals with a fresh lime accent and a flowing hill logomark symbolising growth and forward progress, all documented in professional guidelines covering logo usage, colour, type and visual direction. The website copy leads with outcomes over process, structured around proof points, roles supported and a clear path to a call. We then designed and built the site to carry that identity with confidence. The finished platform gives a young agency the presence of an established one, and a brand that stands comfortably next to the calibre of startups it recruits for.
