Head to the edit dashboard for the page you want to add your Instagram feed to and add a new section.
Within the section add an Instagram block (by clicking + and selecting Instagram from the options) and then connect your account.
To do this select Add an Account and you’ll be redirected to Instagram where you’ll need to log in and allow Squarespace to link to your Instagram.
Within the block edit panel you can select the design tab and choose how you want your Instagram feed to display, e.g. as a grid or carousel. Here you can also edit design elements such as the aspect ratio, padding and number of Instagram posts displayed.

Have a play around with the different options to find the visual you’re looking for.
If you want your Instagram feed carousel to fill the whole page you’ll need to upgrade your section to a Fluid Engine section. You can then simply use the drag and drop tool to stretch your feed out to fill the page. Simple.
Once you’re happy, hit save and you’re all done.
See, I told you it was quick and easy!
