Send your first email blast with Squarespace email campaigns

I really rate Squarespace’s email campaigns and one of its best features is the ability to easily send an email blast out to all of your subscribers.

To send an email blast with Squarespace email campaigns head to Marketing > Email Campaigns and select Create.

Here you’ll be able to choose a Blast and then pick the template you want to use. You can select a blank template and build it from scratch, choose one of Squarespace’s pre-made templates or opt for one you’ve previously used. 

This is great as it means once you’ve made your own template you can keep re-using it rather than having to start from scratch each time.

Now you can add your content to the email such as text, images and videos. You can click the blue plus icon to add more blocks to your email just like you would a normal Squarespace page.

Once you’re happy with the content head to the email tab.

Here you can add a subject line for your blast (an essential step) as well as deciding between sending the email to all of your subscribers or to a specific audience segment list. You can also schedule when you want your email blast to go out too.

And there you have it, you’ve created your first Squarespace email blast!
