Link to Search Page on Squarespace [Add Search Function to Your Website]

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Squarespace’s search function isn’t the best.

But if you do want to add a search function to your website then you can. Here’s how…

To link to your search page on Squarespace head to your pages list and click the + icon and select a Link page from the dropdown menu.

In the Link title box add “Search” (or whatever you want to name your page) and in the URL field add /search.

Make sure you untoggle the option to open the link in a new tab and hit save. This will add a search page to your website and include it in the main header navigation.

Simple!
