Within your edit dashboard navigate to pages and click on the cog next to the page you want to add a description to.

In the panel that clicking the cog brings up, select SEO from the menu and head to the SEO description section. This is where you add your SEO description.

An SEO description should tell search engines what the web page is about and should be optimised to include your target keywords and search terms.
