There are three ways to extend an expired Squarespace free trial.

To request an extension for your Squarespace trial, you need to add this to the URL of your edit dashboard and navigate to:

/config/extendtrial 

This will take you to a landing page where Squarespace will automatically extend your trial for 7–14 days. This extension gives you time to keep building your website and inputting your content. Make sure you are well aware of what goes into a Squarespace website build before you sign up for a free trial. 

This will allow you to set the website live before the extension expires. 

Send an email

Sometimes, when your free Squarespace trial is coming to an end, you can email them to ask if they will extend it. They may even contact you to offer you an extra seven days. Click on the link for a trial extension, and you will get another seven days of Squarespace free trial.

However, there is no guarantee of getting an extension, and you may well discover you have access for two weeks and two weeks only.

Become a Squarespace Circle Member

The above-mentioned two methods can extend Squarespace free trial for 7 days. Now, what if I told you that there’s actually a way you can get a six-month trial of Squarespace? Yes, six months!
