1. Why is this useful?

Sometimes, you need to upload files and PDF to Squarespace for special coding solutions (like this one). Other times, you may want to upload simple spreadsheets that you can link to and allow users to download of their own accord.

Whether it’s Javascript files or just a PDF of your favourite chutneys, the way you upload files in Squarespace is exactly the same. This blog will teach you how to upload pdf to squarespace.

Step 3 - Click the plus sign and add link

This is where we’ll upload our files.

Step 4 - Click the cog icon, click files and then click upload file

Step 5 - Select your desired file and then click ‘open’

You will have to upload each file individually by repeating step 5. At present, Squarespace doesn’t offer the functionality to bulk upload files.

Select your desired file and then click ‘open’

Step 6 - Close windows

Once you’ve uploaded your files or PDF, close down all the windows and discard the progress. You don’t need to save anything as the files will now be on the site regardless.
