Move Products Between Stores on Squarespace
Squarespace is making huge strides in improving its e-commerce functionality, and it’s becoming a more powerful platform for online store owners than ever before.
As these updates roll out, many people have been asking: “Is this tutorial still up to date?” especially when it comes to managing multiple stores on the same site.
So today, I’m updating one of the most requested topics: how to move a product from one Squarespace store to another.

If you manage multiple stores or product collections on the same Squarespace website, for example, one store for mugs and another for apparel, you might want to move or duplicate products between them.
Maybe you’ve redesigned your store layout, added a new category, or just want to streamline how products are displayed.
The good news? Squarespace makes it simple…once you know where to look.

Step-by-Step: How to Move a Product Between Stores in Squarespace
Step 1: Go to Your Pages Panel
From your Squarespace dashboard, click on Pages. Here you’ll see all the sections of your site, including each of your store pages.
In this example, we have Store One and Store Two.
Step 2: Open the Store That Contains the Product
Click on your first store (Store One). You’ll see a list of products currently in that store, for example, let’s say we want to move the Milk Dip Cup product.
Step 3: Select the Product You Want to Move
Hover over the product and tick the checkbox next to it.
Step 4: Click “Move”
At the top, you’ll see an option to Move. Click it, and Squarespace will prompt you to choose where to send the product.
Step 5: Choose the Destination Store
Select your other store, in this case, Store Two, and click Move Product.
That’s it! When you go over to Store Two, you’ll now see your Milk Dip Cup listed there, exactly as it appeared in Store One.
