Step-by-Step: Adding Physical and Digital Products in One Store

Here’s how you can set it up:

1. Go to Your Store Page

In the Squarespace dashboard, open your site’s Pages panel and click on your Store page. You’ll see any existing products already listed there.

2. Add a Physical Product

Click the + button to add a new product.
Select Physical from the options.
Give it a name (e.g. “Physical Product Example”).
Set a price e.g. £20.
Upload product images and hit Save.

You now have a shippable physical item ready to go.

3. Add a Digital Product

Next, repeat the process, but this time choose Download.

Name it (e.g. “Digital Product Example”).
Add a price e.g. £30.
Upload your digital file (PDF, image, audio, etc.).
Click Save and Publish.

That’s it, you’ve got both a physical and a digital product in the same store!
